Looking for some help training for Bloomsday this year? This 12-week running plan is intended for beginners or those looking to get back into running. It includes a detailed, structured plan written by one of our awesome trainers with helpful information about each training day, the Bloomsday race course, as well as tips on footwear, fueling, and hydration. Also included in the plan is a one-on-one consultation to go over the plan and explain its details, your goals, and answer questions you might have.
